Quick Tform into E Coli from Qiagen prep DNA

-Thaw competent Cells -Add 1uL plamid and 5uL competent Cells -sit on ice 10-30 mins -take up cells in 100uL LB -plate on LB/AMP plates -incubate at 37*C.
