Checking Plates with DB3.1

  • Neat and 1/10 Kanamycin plates with pSB3K3 transformed DB3.1 did not give any colonies
  • Have not incubated overnight so might not have enough cells in LB broth
  • Slow growth shown by strain DB3.1
  • Plate out again on new kanamycin plates
