Wet workWe want to make stocks of biobricks I746001 and I746101, since our big cultures have a problem, we want to make some stocks from our first plates (which are good). We used original Amp plates from 23/07/08 of I746001 and I7461001. We took 5 single colonies and spotted on new Amp plates and inoculated in 10mL of LB with Amp.
