Talked with Alex and Kelly today, need to have non-monetary incentives for children (ethics - IRBS)

We want students & teachers to recruit people most similar to themselves -> these people then recruit one other person

Similar students: problems with that
1) What determines similarity?
2) What if the program changed the students and they no longer seek people similar to themselves before they entered the program?
Students: can match with those entering program?
Will talk to Prof. Hafalir about group incentives
