Colony PCR of PhybB-LasR-LVA-DT, PBAD-LasR-LVA and PBAD-RBS-GFP
PhybB-LasR-LVA-DT 9 of 9 transformants show the right band on 1% agarose gel and PBAD-LasR-LVA: 7 of 9 show the right band on
1% agarose gel. Send for sequencing tomorrow and make a glycerol stock if the sequencing results
of tomorrow are alright (LasR-LVA)

Plasmid prep PBAD-cI-LVA-> 84 and 89 ng per microliter

Checking transformation efficiency for competent TOP10 cells.
Grow E.coli DH5alpha to make more competent cells tomorrow.
Grow E.coli DH5alpha PhybB-RBS-GFP for sample in flowcytometry for tomorrow.
