Secondary antibody incubation
Incubated for 45 minutes, then transferred the liquid to tube labeled "IRDye 700" for reuse.
Final wash schedule
- 2 10m washes of PBST
- First wash started: 1050
- Second wash started: 1216
- 2 10m washes of PBS
- Rinse with distilled water when finished
- Wrap in aluminum foil, store in 4C refrigerator until imaging
