Incubated for 45 minutes, then pipetted back into tube labeled "IRDye 700" for reuse.
Final wash schedule
- 2 10m washes of PBST
- 2 10m washes of PBS
- Rinse with distilled water when finished
- Wrap in aluminum foil, store in 4C refrigerator until imaging
