Ran a digest, see key, of the CIP treated J04500 (from miniprep) from yday, the KaiA/B/C from yday, and the B0034 from a couple of days ago. See the image for the legend.

Gel purification and attempt to vacucentrifuge... =(

Tried to vacucentrifudge the J04500 /SP sample... lets just say things went very wrong.--Zsun 23:28, 21 August 2006 (EDT)
