Frozen stocks and Miniprep of 10 KaiC + J04500 cultures grown up yesterday
I made frozen stocks and miniprepped the 10 cultures we inoculated yesterday: V2-4, V19-1, V19-4, V19-5, V19-6, V19-7, M2-7, M19-2, M19-4, M19-8.
Frozen stocks are located in the box simply labeled "cyano" in the -80C freezer.
The plates we streaked yesterday are in our 4C fridge.
Sequencing of 10 KaiC + J04500 cultures
I sent off 20 sequencing orders (VF2 and VR primers for each of the 10 cultures). I did not rush the order, so it probably won't be completed until next Monday or Tuesday.
