Potassium chloride
To make 100 mL of 1 M:
- 7.46 g KCl
- add dH2O to 100 mL
Sodium chloride
To make 100 mL of 1 M:
- 5.84 g NaCl
- add dH2O to 100 mL
Tris-acetate
To make 100 mL of 2 M:
- 24.2 g Tris
- add dH2O to 90 mL
- add glacial acetic acid until desired pH (pH 7.4 is about 7 mL of acid)
- add dH2O to 100 mL
