Potassium chloride

To make 100 mL of 1 M:

  • 7.46 g KCl
  • add dH2O to 100 mL

Sodium chloride

To make 100 mL of 1 M:

  • 5.84 g NaCl
  • add dH2O to 100 mL

Tris-acetate

To make 100 mL of 2 M:

  • 24.2 g Tris
  • add dH2O to 90 mL
  • add glacial acetic acid until desired pH (pH 7.4 is about 7 mL of acid)
  • add dH2O to 100 mL
