PEG precipitation

1. Rxn Mixtures

   1: 20 μL c4.0Fb + 20 μL 20%PEG + 160 μL dH2O
   2: 20 μL c4.0Fb + 30 μL 20%PEG + 150 μL dH2O
   3: 20 μL c4.0Fb + 40 μL 20%PEG + 140 μL dH2O

2. Protocol

   - incubated on ice for 15 min.
   - spun @ 16,000 rpm for 10 min.
   - supernatant removed into separate tubes and pellet resuspended in 1x volume folding buffer to supernatant
