Agarose gel

  • Make 0.8 - 1% agarose in 50ml TAE
  • Microwave to melt and allow to cool
  • Add 1μL ethiduim bromide mix and pour
  • 1 g agarose for 100 mL 1x TAE for large gels
  • 0.2 g agarose for 20 mL 1x TAE for small gels
