Enviroment
Motivations
- To see whether oscillations are produced by measuring fluctuating levels of AHL
- To see if we can manipulate the amplitude and frequency of the oscillations by varying the cell populations and washout by the chemostat
Protocol
- A formal protocol has not been written.
- A suggested method was to aliquot the extracellular medium within the chemostat at certain time points and then measure the [AHL] using the T9002/J37016 assay
