The following laboratory-related activities were performed today:
- Preparation of media in the Teachin Lab.
- Completion of list of required materials.
- Completion of list of required constructs.
Issues
- For the DNA constructs, the nature of the vectors is important.
- A safety report (?) for each project needs to be forwarded to Mr D. Featherbe.
Wiki
Today, marked the start of the restructuring of the heavily overloaded team wiki. A refined structure was decided upon; transformation is expected to be completed by the start of the new week.
