Introduction
We can condition the system in various manners, but for the purposes of our project, Infector Detector, we will seek a formulation which is valid for both constructs considered. The system can be decomposed into four layers according to the levels of the biochemical network obtained for our constructs. The modelling for the system constructs will thus be presented in terms of these four layers.
