The 'quick decision' method is indeed quite neccessary to save time from big group discussion. But I think it is also important to note that it will not end up just particular two or three people making all the decisions. I think it should be rotational, so everybody is in charge for a fixed length (a week maybe) for decision making, and others shouldnt be too aggressive about their decisions unless it is absolutely wrong. | |||
