Preparation of Stock Solutions

- 20x 100 ml of LB media in conical flasks
Preparation of Competent Cells
- Poured LB agar plates
- Nalixidic acid (15 μg/ml)
- Tetracyclin (20 μg/ml)
- Streaked E.coli cells on agar plates
- DH5Alpha
- XL1Blue
- Incubated plates at 37°C overnight
