Debriefing

Several of the groups have finished there work and so these members have been reassigned:

  • Yanis, Clinton - Research into the analysis of cell movement,
  • QQ, Chris and Tom - Identify RBS and terminators,
  • James and Erika - Integration Sequence,
  • Prudence and Krupa - Feasibility of the biomaterials,

Visas also need to be sorted out as well for the students who need them,

Also discussed the analysis of movement, discussed about using RFP constitutively expressed to enable a greater contrast for the bacterium to enable them to be tracked.

Also talked about asking Tony Cass about what he is researching.
