Protein Display Model
- Kinetic constants (kcat, Km) of
TEV acting on the display peptide. - Production rate of peptide.
- Total number of proteins expressed
on the cell wall. - Number of free floating proteins
without cleaving by TEV (or the
ratio of the above).
