Experiments for the Output Amplification Model

Protein Display Model

  1. Kinetic constants (kcat, Km) of
    TEV acting on the display peptide.
  2. Production rate of peptide.
  3. Total number of proteins expressed
    on the cell wall.
  4. Number of free floating proteins
    without cleaving by TEV (or the
    ratio of the above).
