  • Transformations of the 17 parts using ultra competent cells successful.
  • Prepared reagents necessary for ultra competent cell preparation.
  • Inoculated both DH5a and DB3.1.
  • 2ml cultures prepared for the miniprep of the above mentioned 17 parts (duplicates)
