  • Competent cells could not be prepared cause OD of cells shot up.
  • inoculated J23119 + E0420 and J23119 + I13507.
  • Inoculated DH5alpha for competent cell prparation.
  • Transformation of:
  • J23119 (amp and Chl)
  • The controls C1 to C8 which did not work the other day due to contamination.
  • J24674 from kit (plate 2; 9D);
  • J24676 from kit (plate2; 5O)
  • J23119 S/P digested and alkaline phosphatased.
