All of the biobricks we have recieved have also been streaked for single colonies. Those colonies were last seen in EndyLab warm room (37degreez)
It is noteworthy that from ~2pm 6/18/05 until ~10am 6/20/05 the biobricks that should have been @ 4 degreez were stored at 37 degreez. This may or may not be a problem (probably a problem). Also, I did the streaks crappily and I bet some better streaks ought to be done. _will.
