IGEM:MIT/2005/Some initial fluorescene uptake results

Witnessing Fluoroscein diffuse into e.coli attempt#3 sort of worked. I've uploaded a Fluorescent image of each concentration I ran - 0M, 0.5uM, 5uM, 50uM, 500uM. Will eventually upload / make a better set of data on this, limiting factor at this point being "ability to compress 2.5mb .tif files" and "using IP-Lab software."
But, results show fluorescene - see for yourself...
