Wet Lab

  • smell the 'mint' LCs
  • LC colonies from the yeast transformation
  • give Meagan the final biobrick streaked plates from 10/28 + double-checked excel sheet
  • finish off registry updates
  • create/streak E0840 parts??
  • check with Jason on 'banana' status. Ask if he has a glycerol of sequenced J45400 part (note: physical part in Knight Lab is bad!, so need to re-streak J45400)
  • check with Barry on graph status
  • check Samantha's yeast transformation email
  • Make massive amounts of LCs for the Demo - don't forget to add correct substrate concentration
