- digest 30.J45008.30 with XP and connect it to R0040
- digest osmY (long new, short new, short old) with ES and 3-part assemble into biobrick format (plus with E0840)
- get new registry uncut backbones (A/K and A/T, etc.) and cut with EP
- acknowledgement link, and iGEM main page summary/picture
- team meet about you know what
