Sequencing

  1. Received (6 samples) with some interesting results - hopefully we remedied and will have complete constructs of both ATF1 and BSMT on 8/8 to begin smell testing
  2. Sent new sequencing order (42 samples) --- remember that the ATF1s probably have double RBS parts!! and that although we sequenced to check, we did not use them in our 8/7 ligations.
