Plan
1. Dilute the osmY and control structures to 1:250 in 5 mL culture and grow up for 1 hr- DONE
2. Run the osmY and control structures on the plate reader- DONE
3. Make LCs of the three 170.320 colonies- DONE
4. Redigest 170- DONE
5. Religate and transform 170.320 mix
