Things to Do Today

1. Reply to Alex's email, making sure that you understood him right about what internal and external standards to order/interpretation of the data- DONE (awaiting reply)

2. Ask Li Li about internal and external standards to make sure that PCNB should not be added before GC extraction- DONE (awaiting reply)

3. Order hexyl acetate and octyl acetate as internal and external standards for isoamyl acetate samples

4. Contact Weston chemicals about alpha-ketoisocaproate (try to do by email this time)

5. Prep for 1:10 meeting on precursor biosynthesis

6. Construct growth curves for J45200 and J45250- WORKING ON IT

7. Restreak AB3257 (aroF- aroG- aroH- strain)

8. Reply to Linda from Yale to make sure that she was referring to the IlvE- strain coming in the mail

Updates

1. AB3257 (aroF- aroG- aroH-) did not grow up.

2. Linda from Yale said that our strain is coming in today's mail (I am pretty sure she means the IlvE- strain)
