- all four grew
- placed in 4C
Took out 2 LC's of DH5a with I13500 from 7/20 Plate
- Made 1 glycerol stock each (1ml)
- Miniprepped remainder (4ml)
- Nanodrop Results
- LC#1: 223.5 ng/µl
- LC#2: 207.4 ng/µl
