  • all four grew
  • placed in 4C

Took out 2 LC's of DH5a with I13500 from 7/20 Plate

  • Made 1 glycerol stock each (1ml)
  • Miniprepped remainder (4ml)
    • Nanodrop Results
LC#1: 223.5 ng/µl
LC#2: 207.4 ng/µl
