'''Riboswitch''' is a component we will use to allow parts in the Bioclock system to cycle between 3 states: (i) ‘off’ state, (ii) ‘ready to go’ state (iii) ‘on’ state. The 1st input signal into the system will cause the part to go from (i) to (ii); the subsequent signal will cause it to go from (ii) to (iii). The part will then eventually go back to (i). Riboswitch is a component we will use to allow parts in the Bioclock system to cycle between 3 states: (i) ‘off’ state, (ii) ‘ready to go’ state (iii) ‘on’ state. The 1st input signal into the system will cause the part to go from (i) to (ii); the subsequent signal will cause it to go from (ii) to (iii). The part will then eventually go back to (i).
