Do the PCR identification of 1-2M/11N/5J/1J/5N/2K/2I/1H/2G+T7ptag+T using bacteria liquid; 45 samples in total, 5 samples for each RBS.

Electrophoresis to identify the 9 RBS+T7ptag+1-23L PCR product
Result 1 (from left to right, from top to bottom): sample loading order
Up: 1-2K+T7ptag①~⑤, 1-2M+T7ptag①~⑤, 1-1J+T7ptag①~⑤, 1-2I+T7ptag①~②, Marker
Down: 1-2I+T7ptag③~⑤, 1-5N+T7ptag①~⑤, 1-5J+T7ptag①~⑤, 1-11N+T7ptag①~④, Marker

The 1-2K+T7ptag①~⑤, 1-2M+T7ptag④, 1-1J+T7ptag①~⑤, 1-2I+T7ptag②~④, 1-5N+T7ptag①~⑤, 1-5J+T7ptag①,⑤, 1-11N+T7ptag①, ③, ④, ⑤ are target plasmids.
Result 2 (from left to right)
