Cell cultureWe cultured cells from the pKP33-aompF-GFPuv + pBad-aompF-7.9 double transformation in 10 ml of : plain LB, LB+1%glucose and LB+1%arabinose. Colony PCRresults of the colony PCR from yesterday  the clones 8, 9 and 10 are inoculated in liquid culture (LB+kan). They will be miniprepped and rechecked by PCR. | |
