  • I transform them in NEB turbo, competent cells

I transform 1 µL of plasmid in 20 µL of cells.

    • Let 30' on ice
    • heat shock 42°C
    • 20' on ice
    • add 180 µL of LB
    • shaking at 37°C for 1h
    • Spread 20 µL and 180 µL in LB+Amp or L+Amp+Kan (K228001) plates
    • O/N 37°C
