I have few colonies on the plate on which I plate all, and no colonies on which I plate 100µL at 1/50 dilution. The transformation was not very efficient. Anyway, I made 2 clones in culture at 10:30 am. The culture is 10mL of LB + 10µL of Kan and 10µL of Amp. I'll miniprep this culture around 5 pm. | |||
