Digestion of pSC008

  • pSC008 #3 & #5 (80ng/µL) : EcoRI + PstI
    • DNA : 20 µL / 5
    • EcoRI : 2 µL / 1
    • PstI : 2 µL / 0
    • buf. 10X : 14 µL / 2
    • water : 12 µL / 12
      • Final Volume : 40µL / 20
