I had colonies on 7* + supD (~5 colonies), on 1/2 plates, and 2 colonies on 3a* + supD (2 colonies) on 1/2 plates. I had no colonies on any *+RFP. I'm not sure there is somthing significant here.

Result Transformation

Leaky experiment

The double transformation worked for almost all. The pSC001+pSC011 (pLAC+supD) did not work. So I re-transform again.

QCM backbones

I had colonies on 7* + supD (~5 colonies), on 1/2 plates, and 2 colonies on 3a* + supD (2 colonies) on 1/2 plates. I had no colonies on any *+RFP. I'm not sure there is somthing significant here.
