I have one clone for supD+Kan** and 4 clones for RFP+Kan** but only one is red under UV. | |||
I make them grow in 3 differents tubes of 10mL of LB+10µL of Cm+10µL of Amp. | |||
I also made culture of supD+KanR (same condition with 10µL of Kan) from the 3 -80°C tubes, same for pLac+supD in Cm+Amp from the -80°C stock. | |||
