Cell viability plates BamHI pMG.004

  • Cultures were induced at different levels

OD of saturated cultures at endpoint, before dilution:

0 mM 3.02


Diluted cultures plated for viability

Result: no significant difference between induced and uninduced cultures

  • 5 mL pMG.002(NEB) grown 2 hours with Cm

Result: no luminescence visible
