Digestion of pSG.021(?)

  • We did digestion of pSG.021 (pLac - ColE2Imm) plasmids from the 2nd colony with X and P.
  • The expected size of insert is about 300bp.

H2O 26 uL
FD 10x Green Buffer 4 uL
XbaI 2 uL
PstI 2 uL
Total 40 uL

Incubate 1h15 with shaking at 37°C.
