= LB Agar (LBA) Protocol (500ml) =
* Melt LBA in microwave (~8 min).
* Cool LBA before you can touch it without burn your skin (~4 min in water bath).
* Add required chemicals (antibiotic, etc).
* Add 24 ml of LBA into each plate.
* Wait while plates will be thicken.
* Dry them 45' '''under the flow hood''', with the lid open.
