* Melt LBA in microwave (~8 min). | |||
* Cool LBA before you can touch it without burn your skin (~4 min in water bath). | |||

Plate color codes
LB Agar (LBA) Protocol (500ml)
- Melt LBA in microwave (~8 min).
- Cool LBA before you can touch it without burn your skin (~4 min in water bath).
- Add required chemicals (antibiotic, etc).
- Add 24 ml of LBA into each plate.
- Wait while plates will be thicken.
- Dry them 45' under the flow hood, with the lid open.
