Competent Cell preparation

  • Prepare to make competent cells using strain F/R751/pSC101
  • Sterilize 1M CaCl2, 100mM CaCl2/15% glycerol.
  • Activation of three strains in LB- plate (pSC101 in Tc+ plate). Hold in 37 centigrade for 16 hours.
