July 2nd

  • Ran a gradient pcr reaction for the forward promoter
  • Ran the gel afterward using SYBR green but did not see any flouresence
    • Still troubleshooting
    • Trying to soak gel with EtBr to see I the dna will show up with using that
    • 3:30-6:30
