  • Gel results for Pfu Ultra polymerase from yesterday's PCR did not look promising at normal concentrations with 3 microliters of DNA
    • To determind if any product isolated, 10 microliters of DNA used in a gel at 10x SYBR green I concentration with 1 kb and 2 log DNA ladders
