    • Possible reasons
      • Cell's competency compromised by not keeping at 4 for washes?
      • Plasmids used were bad?
      • Amp Plates used were bad?
  • Learned Simple calculations for ligation and restrictions, as well as leaning how to design primers
  • Brainstormed project ideas
