Experiment Procedure Summary Plasmids transformed into RP3087 Grown overnight at 37 degrees on Kan plate Starter culture grown overnight in 3mL LB+Kan at 30 degrees diluted 1:100 and grown in 3mL LB+Kan at 30 degrees until OD ~.45 3uL placed on motility plates Pictures taken at 8 hours Additional Pictures taken at 20 hours</body>
