- Luc did miniprep on P1010
- I ran a digest with SpeI and EcoR1 again
- I used PCR tubes this time and ran 20uL digests
- Added to tubes:
- 4,8,and 12uL DNA
- 2uL EcoR1 buffer
- 2uL BSA
- 0.5uL each restriction enzyme
- dH2O to yield final volume of 20uL
- Started incubating at 12:50pm
