• Will TELT dna prep them tonight or tomorrow

• Prepared M9 Minimal Media (250mL each):
  • 0.2% glucose
  • 0.2% glucose + 0.2% xylose
  • 0.2% xylose
  • 0.2* glycerol (- control)
