  • Ran gel on last night's PCR products
  • Made TB solution for making DH5a chem-competent cells today
  • Made M9 minimal media plates with 0.2% xylose (30 plates)
  • Re-ran PCR with samples containing each of the 3 Pfu Buffers we have to test for contamination.
  • Ran gel on PCR products
